The Working Collective was born from a need that Priscilla kept running into herself: a space that felt both functional and inviting. Somewhere women entrepreneurs could work, meet with clients, grow their businesses, and feel genuinely supported along the way.

A building with history, rebuilt for modern work
We took 600 S. White Horse Pike in Audubon, New Jersey and turned it into more than a building. It holds onto its old-world charm — the light, the woodwork, the proportions — while meeting the very modern needs of the women working inside it.
Private rooms for confidential client work. Semi-private desks for people who like a little company. A conference room for closings and workshops. Common areas that feel like somewhere you would happily meet a client.

Meet Priscilla Khawam
The Working Collective was founded by Priscilla Khawam, a local Realtor and investor whose real estate journey began in 2006 with her first investment property in Toronto. What started as a personal passion became a career spent helping clients buy, sell, invest, and build their futures with confidence.
Priscilla created The Working Collective because she wanted the kind of space she had been looking for: one where women in business could work with intention and grow with real support behind them.
