The Working Collective was born from a need that Priscilla kept running into herself: a space that felt both functional and inviting. Somewhere women entrepreneurs could work, meet with clients, grow their businesses, and feel genuinely supported along the way.

Not a place to simply rent a desk. A place to belong while you build.

We took 600 S. White Horse Pike in Audubon, New Jersey and turned it into more than a building. It holds onto its old-world charm while meeting the very modern needs of the women working inside it. Whether you’re launching something brand new or running an established practice, there’s room here for what you’re creating.

Meet Priscilla

The Working Collective was founded by Priscilla Khawam, a local Realtor and investor whose real estate journey began in 2006 with her first investment property in Toronto. What started as a personal passion became a career spent helping clients buy, sell, invest, and build their futures with confidence.

Priscilla created The Working Collective because she wanted the kind of space she’d been looking for: one where women in business could work with intention and grow with real support behind them.
